Red Roof Inn Los Angeles – Bellflower

Wow.. hands down best hotel in BELLFLOWER.. from front desk receptionist to management to the maids. It's truly a 5 star hotel at a 2 star price.. they treat you like family not just a customer.. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area come show them some love..

I’ve stayed here with my family for about a week. We felt safe, the rooms were quiet, no problems there. The beds are comfy! Customer service actually exists at this red roof. Bobby at the front desk is amazing! He’s attentive, always willing to help and make sure we had everything we needed while we were there. I’d definitely stay here again.

The front desk did take a little longer I can't lie but the service was nice the front desk guy was nice the room did smell like cigarettes for a little but it's fine beds were nice room was somewhat clean bathroom was nice house keeping was amazing I love the lady who was working later that night at the front there was a lady she was amazing over all I will give it a 4 just because there should be a little changes

Red Roof Inn: A Surprisingly Great Stay! I recently stayed at a Red Roof Inn and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my experience. The room was impeccably clean, a real plus for me. The location was fantastic, with easy access to major freeways, making getting around a breeze. I also appreciated the proximity to shopping centers and convenient stores – everything I needed was within easy reach. But what truly stood out was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly polite and professional, but I especially want to commend Pieiha for her exceptional service. She was courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, the Red Roof Inn offered a great value for the price. Clean rooms, a convenient location, and outstanding staff make it a highly recommended option for budget-conscious travelers. It's definitely a "bang for your buck" kind of place!

Had a great experience. Clean reasonable room rates and great guest service. Hostest Paerna was a professional, beautiful and exuberant personality. She was efficient and helpful and made our experience very comfortable. Appreciate her hospitality. A. Brown

They have really great service. Their rooms are amazing, It's actually your really big room. Bobby is one of the people that sits in the front. Hes really nice, and they actually have really good service here. As long as you make sure that you understand the rules on the room. Everything should be fine. It's a beautiful place. Their rooms are amazing and I think that. Everybody should get this one Good try

I've been staying here since may 2024! At first we were treated very good! Staff very friendly & helpful! Especially the maintenence guy Jose, always very friendly & helpfully offering assistance if needed! New manager came & are servic3 went down hill! Except from Jose! Lost money in washer & dryer many times but never reimburse me for my lost money! After being told they would! 1 stay are lights didn't work for 2 days, so we couldn't take showers! I feel we should have been compensated for those 2 days! Lights finally came back on 45 minutes b4 checkout! They wouldn't even give us more time to shower b4 checking out! Basically paid $90. Each day with no lights or showers was very disappointed, I've paid a lot of money t9 them the last 7 months! Should be treated better! .

They have been good to me n my family. I have personally seen the maids do a thorough cleaning in all the rooms I have watched them wash the sheets and towels and yes they use bleach. I will not blame the maintenance issues on them because it is so hard to find a good honest maintenance man nowadays that actually comes to work and does there job. I give them a 5 star because I truly have nothing bad to say.
